This ground up house in Menlo Park, California, was built on the site of the owner's childhood home. The new home's architecture is a cross between French and English country. A classic approach was taken with the interiors. Natural linens, warm woods and textured rugs are mixed with family owned antiques. Fresh color invigorates the bedrooms. Linen damask and silk details add luxury to the master bedroom without being overly fussy. Inspired by the girls' favorite color, the pink bedroom sports custom upholstered headboards and fun, girlie bed linens. This is a classic home that doesn't scream TRADITIONAL.
